Protective Varnish on Natural Stone and Brick
Thermoplastic resin based, silicone modified, resistant to impact, friction, weak acid and basic solutions, Waterproof. It is resistant to meteorological conditions, forming a glossy film on the applied surface. It is a transparent varnish with solvent and protective feature.
Fields of Application : Natural Stones, Decorative Stones, Decorative Walls, Curb Stones, Brick Walls, Ceramic Surfaces, Travertine Surfaces, All kinds of cement based or stone ground surfaces having natural and decorative texture, etc. ), impact and abrasion resistance and water impermeability.
Application : When applying ZBS Stone Varnish, rainy or extremely hot weather should be avoided. Watches should not be exposed to direct sunlight whenever possible. Ambient temperature: 120-30 c0 degrees should be considered. It should be mixed homogeneously before application. Adequate ventilation should be provided in the application area. Protect from open flame and high temperature. During application and curing, the relative humidity should not exceed 70%. For proper application conditions, the product's own temperature should not fall below 12 c0. It is sold in 10 kg tin buckets. 1 bucket can apply an average area of 100 m2.
