AREA OF USE AND FEATURES

This product has high flexibility and excellent abrasion resistance. It provides high resistance against salt water and chemicals, high illumination factor which facilitates night vision. Developed for marking the ground lines of areas such as highways, airports, sidewalks, curbstones, pedestrian crossings, tennis courts, basket courts, etc.

SURFACE PREPARATION

All dirt, oil on the surface to be applied is cleaned and the surface; clean, dust-free and dry.

THINNING

A maximum of 5% ZBS Cellulosic Road Marking Thinner should be used for brush or roller applications. In pistol application, up to 8% of ZBS Road Marking Paint thinner can be used under normal conditions.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Rainy or hot environments should be avoided during the application of the paint. Application should be done under ambient temperatures of 20-30ºC. Apply 2 coats of paint for roller or brush applications. Wait for 1-2 hour before applying the second coat.
