It is a solvent based topcoat paint containing fluorescent pigment.
It is used to determine the result of the shining of an object or shape with the help of the light coming on it. It is used in road traffic cones, highways warning signs, hills of high buildings and chimneys, sea buoys and lighthouses, steamer chimneys, various toys and sports equipment.
Fluorescent dyes are resistant to atmospheric conditions and are four times brighter in sunlight compared to other normal colors. Therefore it is used in security advertising and packaging industry.
Surfaces to be applied must be solid, dry and clean. Metal surfaces should be cleaned with sand blasting Sa2 or preferably Sa2 ½. One coat of ZBS ANTIPAS PAINT should be applied to the surface . ZBS Fluorescent Dye should be applied 10-12 hours after the application of ZBS Anticorrosion.

Depending on the application, it is diluted with 10-15% with ZBS Paint Thinner and applied in two coats by brush or roller. Wait 24 hours between coats. |
