DEFINITION  

It is a solvent-free, epoxy resin based, polyamide hardener coating material developed for floors.

PROPERTIES 

It is a coating material that is not affected by chemical substances, is easily cleaned, has high mechanical strength, is chemically dried, shows excellent adhesion, does not require solvents, is not easily corroded, and is not affected by impacts and abrasions caused by pedestrian and vehicle traffic.

Since it is solvent free and not harmful to human health, it can be used in areas requiring hygiene, hospitals, food production areas, sports fields, factories, parking lots, etc. It is used as a coating on floors such as screed, concrete, ceramic, paledian, etc. of places such as. It should be used in closed areas that do not see the sun (UV).

METHOD OF APPLICATION

All cement grout and loose substances on the concrete surface should be cleaned by scraping. If there is absorbed oil on the surface, it should be cleaned by burning or using cellulosic thinner.

A - PRIMER

Epoxy transparent liner is two components. All of the hardener is added on the resin and mixed homogeneously. The mixed material is applied by spreading it on a thin layer of floor with a hard brush or roller.

B - TOPCOAT

Each team consists of three components. First, hardener is added to the paint and mixed until it is homogeneous. The filling material is then slowly added to the mixture. When the primer has completed its first hardening, topcoat is applied in layers with a toothed trowel until it gradually reaches 3 mm thickness.

CURING

It can respond to pedestrian traffic as soon as it completes the first hardening period. However, 7 days are required to withstand heavy loads and chemical effects.

THINNING RATE  

It should be used without thinning.

COATING POWER

3 kg is used on a single floor with 1 m2 area with coating mixture additive.
