METHOD OF APPLICATION
All cement grout and loose substances on the concrete surface should be cleaned by scraping. If there is absorbed oil on the surface, it should be cleaned by burning.
A - PRIMER
Epoxy transparent liner is two components. All of the hardener is added on the resin and mixed homogeneously. The mixed material is applied on a thin layer of floor with a hard brush or roller.
B - TOPCOAT
Each team consists of three components. First, hardener is added into the paint and mixed until it is homogeneous. The filling material is then slowly added to the mixture. When the primer completes its first hardening, a 3 mm thick topcoat is applied with a toothed trowel.
CURING
It can respond to pedestrian traffic as soon as it completes the first hardening period. However, 7 days are required to withstand heavy loads and chemical effects.
THINNING RATE
It should be used without thinning.
COATING POWER
