AREA OF USE AND FEATURES
Dust factor, which we frequently encounter on concrete or cement based surfaces, constitutes a very serious adherence barrier in Paint, Ceramic, Paledian, Granite, Insulation etc. applications. As the floor is swept or cleaned, due to the natural structure of the floor, the image formed by small particles that cannot carry itself; it seems unpleasant in cosmetics. If you have such a floor, you must apply ZBS ANTI-POWDER in 2 coats (depending on the density of the dust ) before applying ZBS Floor Paint or a different coating .
ZBS anti-dust " because the density is too low, is absorbed by the ground-speed (penetration). When absorbing, it acts as a barrier by preventing the dust particles from coming to the surface as well as the chemical components that contain the dust on the surface. Thus, suitable adherence floor is formed for all kinds of Paint or Coating applications that may come on the ground. Thanks to its active structure, it provides water impermeability on the floor and makes maximum insulation effect.
SURFACE PREPARATION
All coarse particle particles, dirt, oil on the application surface should be cleaned and the surface will be cleaned. The surface must not be damp.
THINNING
It should be applied without thinning. (if necessary, ZBS Cellulosic Thinner)
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Rainy or hot environments should be avoided during the application of ZBS ANTI-POWDER and shaded clocks and zones that are not directly exposed to sunlight should be selected. The application should be made under conditions where the ambient temperature is 20–30ºC. It should be applied in 2 layers (depending on the density of dust) with roller or brush on the surface without thinning.
