DESCRIPTION : MMA resin based, two component, fast drying, very strong repair and surface anchoring polymer concrete.
AREA OF USE AND FEATURES:
ZBS 2K Floor Repair Putty is a two component, methyl methacrylate based, fast drying, polymer concrete material suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It is used for repairing and renewing of damaged areas, pits and cracks, which are formed on floors with heavy load traffic or under the influence of excessive chemical substances, without interrupting traffic. It is also an ideal solution for mounting machines, floors and traffic signs on the floor.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
All dirt, oil on the surface to be applied is cleaned and the surface; clean, dust-free and dry.
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
ZBS 2K Repair Putty is applied to the surface by homogeneous mixing in a container with the help of mechanical mixer in a container (15 kg. Powder) and B comp. (4 kg. Liquid). After the curing process is very strong and firm clings to the floor. If possible, it should be enlarged if there are fine cracks before application. After applying to the floor, the surface of the product is smoothed with a trowel or spatula. The life of the mixture is 15-35 minutes depending on the air temperature. ISSUES TO BE CONSIDERED:
